Conditions Update December 13
S. Look Ma above Mid Vail still has soft turns
Clouds have arrived to the Vail Valley; can the storm be far behind?
This storm has created more anticipation than the latest product release from Apple, so let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope it drops a big ol’ snow blanket for the mountain. There’s a slight chance of snow later on today, but most likely just partially cloudy and some wind gusts. But if you are planning on going to the first Snow Daze concert this evening be ready for the some flurries.
The Terrain Park Crew has been working double shifts, and there’s a chance Bwana Terrain Park in Lionshead could open today, depending on weather and snow conditions, so it’s worth taking a run through Lionshead sometime during the day.
