Friday, October 30: Snow starting to fill in at the top of the mountain.

As the snowstorms continue to roll in, the buzz of excitement leading up to Vail’s opening day Nov. 20 is building! Yesterday we saw the first really good accumulations at the base of Vail Mountain, and temps have cooperated for concentrated snowmaking to really get going this morning at Golden Peak.
